Introduction to Yin Yoga
I like to say that Yin Yoga is about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable! Traditional Yin is done while muscles are cool and supported with props to ease your body into a passive stretch. While the tight tissues in the body are opening, students learn the energetic, physical, emotional/mental benefits of Yin Yoga.

The Yin Within: A meditative practice
