About MeI found yoga in 2011 while struggling with my career path and seeking my true passion.
I felt a deep connection to yoga and the transition was clear... Today, my time is spent in continuing education and mentorship, so that I can offer fresh and inspiring classes. |
My classes are designed to help you to age gracefully and gain a greater understanding of your body. This understanding helps to prevent and clear, pain and tension.
In my classes, you move slowly, confront edges, and work on stability and mobility. My ultimate goal, is to have you feeling more comfortable in your body. The meditations I offer are meaningful, relevant, and led with the intention of your finding a sense of belonging, clarity, and fulfillment. From my experience of being lost and unfulfilled, I work to create an atmosphere where you feel a deep connection to your body, mind and breath, that has been lost and help create a new sense of aliveness for your life! |
