Over a year ago, my teacher, Tracee Stanley, offered a free, 21-day practice that helped me immensely as I was thrown into transitioning my classes online and figuring out how I was going to pay rent. Her practices and words softened my overwhelm.
Fast forward...this is my offering to you.
Having had many moments of pure clarity, I have created a relationship with my inner knowing, and it's the basis of all of my decisions. I know now, when something doesn't feel right or if I'm forcing, and I certainly know when to follow my heart.

Creating Clarity is designed to practice over the course of three weeks, but please, watch the videos and practice at your own pace & availability.
Each week is centered around a different theme and we engage with them through meditation, movement,
self-inquiry, and journaling:
Week 1 - Rest
Week 2 - Clarity
Week 3 - Devotion
Each week there is a video that includes an opening meditation, reflection & self-inquiry, and a practice designed for that's week theme. There are also self-inquiry questions for you to answer, one per day, each week. I made sure that the practices are less than 20 minutes -- spend a little time every day doing the practices for that week.
All of these practices are geared to bring more stillness into your life, help you create stronger habits, and cultivate self-trust to create a more fulfilling life.
