For our class schedule, we'll meet on the 3rd Friday of the month, from 3:30-4:30pm, I will be offering my personal course, Aging Gracefully, at the Fairport Public Library. Registration is required.
Class will consist of lecture and movement. Our movement will include standing and chair work.
