Essential oils as remedies is not new.
Sometimes, we need reminders. These reminders can come in the form of a teacher, an injury, or learning new habits. The blends that you will receive here are intended to inspire a new kind of healing, a self-advocacy, and devotion for your body. For years, I have used essential oils, but here are a few new blends that have been pleasing to use! Women's Blend bath oil. Here is a gorgeous blend of oils that support muscle pains, rebalances skin, and has a nourishing effect. I keep this bottle in my shower, and apply to my body before I step out of the tub. A light dabbing with the towel and the oil absorbs quickly into your skin, with very little on the towel. You'll smell fantastic, while creating comfort for the biggest organ of your body! The oils used in this blend have an extraordinarily feminine aroma and soothing effect, while deeply moisturizing the body. Luxurious Sleep roller. This blend really ups the ante! The sweetness and subtly of this, applied to your feet before bed, will soothe your senses and inspire stronger sleep hygiene! This blend supports your nervous system and softens your mental state. When rolled onto foot acupressure points, it helps to signal your body that it's time to turn in. **Most helpful if you can also ease up on the to-do list and prioritize sleep.** Refreshing Room spray. Exactly that! This blend simultaneously uplifts and grounds, so that the effect is refreshing. When you need a little something extra, are entertaining, or simply hanging out on your couch, give the room a good spritz! We're using a new ingredient with this blend to enhance the aroma -- hydrosol -- steam distilled from same oils we're using, to create a more robust spray. |
