Tired of feeling achy and stiff in your low back?
Frustrated when you try to twist or bend and feel restriction?
In Spinal Revival, we will explore the anatomy of what limits these actions, major sources of tension, and why you might feel pain.
We will cover the low and upper back...we'll discuss and practice relieving pain and tension, but also building stability, the main function of your low back, and we'll discuss and practice releasing tension and creating mobility, an essential function of your upper back!
Class will consist of lecture and quick stretches to break up seated discussion, but we will also have a formal yoga asana practice. Seated meditation will close our class, so that you can experience your body at ease and attentive for meditation.
