Restorative Yoga for restful sleep

Sleep is HUGE.
Most of us don't get enough quality sleep, and there are many factors that contribute to that.
Restorative Yoga is something that can help.
It's immensely powerful with improving your sleep, even just one pose can help.
On Monday, March 6th, we'll spend one hour to restore your nervous system, which will set you up for a restful nights' sleep!
So...gather your blankets and pillows, dim your lights, and savor the time being guided through poses that will have you feeling held, supported, and safe.
Here's what we'll be doing:
- setting up a lot of props
- remaining in a pose for 10-15 minutes
- preparing for sleep
Here's what you get:
- an hour of bliss

- ideas of poses you can do before bed
- a reminder of how to wind down

For attending, you will feel:

Class will be offered via zoom, with the recording going out the next day.
You may attend the live class or participate through the recording.
