My nightly routine has changed over the years, but this current one is satisfying.
It feels in line with my natural rhythms; give me space to take care of my body & skin; allows me time to do what I love; and helps me to fall asleep fast! |

By 8pm Devices are put away Between 8-9pm Brushing teeth / Washing face Reading Nasal rinse 9pm Book on night stand Lights out Listening to a podcast Using congestion Relief acupressure points (Here's an audio version of this!) 9:30-10pm Silence podcast Roll over for sleep :) |
