I found yoga in 2011 while struggling with my career path and seeking my true passion.
I felt a deep connection to yoga and the transition was clear... Today, I am immersed in continuing education, so that I can offer fresh and inspiring classes. |
My classes are designed to help you to age gracefully and gain a greater understanding of your body to help prevent and clear pain and tension. In my classes, we move slowly, confront edges, and work on stability and mobility.
The meditations I offer are meaningful, relevant, and led with the intention of your finding a sense of belonging, clarity, and fulfillment. From my experience of being lost and unfulfilled, I work to create an atmosphere where you feel a deep connection to your body, mind and breath that has been lost and help create a new sense of aliveness for your life! |
